
This requires ALL participants to be on Zoom client version 5.2 or higher, as anyone joining a meeting hosted by your account who does not have Zoom client version 5.2 or higher will be required to update to join the meeting or join with the web client. By submitting a request to Zoom Support, the maximum capacity of your account's Breakout Rooms can be increased to allow up to 100 breakout rooms, with a maximum capacity of 1000 per breakout room (depending on account limits).To pre-assign participants that are external Zoom users, import a CSV file.You can only pre-assign participants that have a Zoom account (internal or external Zoom users).These assignments can be adjusted and changed, but it is not possible to store multiple sets of pre-assignments for one meeting or meeting series. Only one set of pre-assignments can be configured for a meeting.If your account has Breakout Rooms 100 enabled, you can pre-assign up to 100 rooms and up to 1000 participants. Up to 50 rooms and up to 200 participants can be pre-assigned.Limitations for pre-assigning meeting participants to breakout rooms

If they are not signed in or signed in with a different account, the pre-assignment will not be applied to them.

Note: When joining a meeting with pre-assignments, participants need to be signed in to the Zoom account associated with the email address used for pre-assignments for the pre-assignment to be applied.
